Abstract
CYTTA PETESKIA MAHARDIKA, 1321103502, Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten, “PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. SUMBER KAMULYAN DI KLATEN” In this essay aims to determine (1) Influence of motivation to increase employee work on CV. Sumber Kamulyan in Klaten. (2) Effect of work experience on employee performance improvement on CV. Sumber Kamulyan in Klaten. (3) The influence of motivation and work experience on improving employee performance on CV. Sumber Kamulyan in Klaten. The method used in this research is survey method. Method for collecting data by observation, interview, questionnaire.The variables in this study are motivation (X1), work experience (X2) and employee performance (Y). Data analysis techniques with Product Moment correlation analysis. From result of hypothesis proof analysis with t test is obtained result of t test for X1, tcount > ttable that is 3,866 > 2,032.While the value of t arithmetic for X2, tcount > ttable is 2.688 > 2.032 with the regression equation Y= ao+a1X1+a2X2 then obtained Y= 11,783+0,407X1+0330X2 and test significance is Fcount >Ftable then 37,881> 3,288 so it can be concluded that hypothesis Accepted or proved that there is a positive influence in a comprehensive or partial significant between the motivation and work experience on employee performance improvement CV. Sumber Kamulyan in Klaten. And the most dominant motivational variables influence.
