Abstract
LINA DWI MARYANI, 1522100913, 2019. "The Influence of the Role of Village Devices on Village Financial Management Professionalism with Community Participation as Moderating Variables (Study on Village Government in Trucuk Sub-District)" The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the role of the village apparatus on village financial management professionalism with community participation as a moderating variable in the village administration in Trucuk sub- district. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique, obtained 54 respondents who met the sample criteria of this study. The analytical methods used include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test includes normality test and heterocedasticity test, hypothesis testing using simple regression method and absolute difference test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the role of village officials influences the professionalism of village financial management and community participation does not moderate the influence of the role of village officials on the professionalism of village financial management. Keywords: Role of village officials, community participation and professionalism of village financial management.
