Abstract
ANALYSISOF GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE LEVEL OF INCOME OF SMALL ARTISAN TILE INDUSTRY IN KARANGAN VILLAGE, KARANGANOM DISTRICK, KLATEN REGENCY. BY: ENI SUSILOWATI NIM: 1112104476 The research was conducted in the Karangan villageKaranganom district and Klaten regency, formulation of the problem in this study is whether the level of income of small artisan tile industry is influenced by factors of industrial location, climate, raw materials and accessibility, how to influence each geographical factors on revenues tile entrepreneurs, as well as What geographic factors that most influence on the level of income of small artisan tile industry. the purpose of research is to determine the level of income of small artisan tile industry, to determine the geographic factors that influence the production of tiles as well as to determine the geographic factors that most influence on the level of income of small artisan tile industry The method used in this research is a survey method, respondents drawn is the head of the family who has a tile craftsman industrial business in the Karangan village in 2005 - 2014. The number of respondents 40 heads of families, selected "sample random sampling". The analytical method used is descriptive and comparative analysis of cross tables and frequency tables. The results showed that the geographic factors that affect the level of income of small artisan tile industry is the raw material factor (quality) and climatic factors (rainfall). While geographic factors most influential. The level of income of small artisan tile industry is the climate factors that are directly related to the intensity of rainfall areas of research. This is because the amount of rainfall intensity is a decisive factor much / least effective day tile production. The more the number of days of the effective production of tiles available, the more the amount of tiles that were produced. The level of income is determined by the effective number of days of production and the market price of the tile.
