Abstract

Nita Fatkhurahmawati, 1422100842, 2018. "The Influence of User Involvement, User Ability, Organization Size, and Peak Management Support On The Performance of Accounting Information Systems With Complexity Tasks As Moderate Variables At Government Institutions of Klaten Regency." The purpose of this research is to know the influence of User Involvement, User Capability, Organization Size, and Peak Management Support on Accounting Information System Performance With Complexity Tasks As Moderate Variables At Government Institutions of Klaten Regency. Population used in this research is Government Institution of Regency of Klaten. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique, obtained 86 respondents who meet the criteria of this study sample. Analytical methods used include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test include normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test include multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, moderation test with the method of absolute difference analysis. The results of this study indicate that the ability of users and top management support have an influence on the performance of accounting information systems, while user involvement and organizational size have no effect on the performance of accounting information systems. The complexity of tasks moderates the effect of organizational size on the performance of accounting information systems, while task complexity does not moderate the influence of user involvement, user capability, and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems.
