Abstract

Kartika Widyaningrum, 1422100851, 2018. "Analysis of the Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Company Value with Firm Size and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure as Moderate Variable (Study on Companies Listed on LQ45 Index 2016)". The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Good Corporate Governance which is reflected in the Managerial Ownership and Independent Commissioner on Company Value with Firm Size and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure as the moderating variable of LQ45 Index Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2016. Population used in this study includes companies listed in the LQ45 Index Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with a population of 45 companies. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique, obtained 39 companies that meet the criteria of samples in this study. Analytical methods used include descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test include normality test, multicolonierity test and heteroscedasticity test, determination test and hypothesis test using Double Regression Method and Absolute Difference Test. Company value is measured using Tobins'q, managerial ownership is measured by the amount of ownership of shares by managerial divided by the number of shares outstanding and independent commissioner is measured by the number of independent board of commissioners divided by the number of boards of commissioners. While the size of the company obtained from the natural logarithm of total assets and corporate social responsibility disclosure obtained from the calculation of CSRij. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has an effect on the value of the company and the independent commissioner has no influence on the value of the company. While firm size and corporate social responsibility disclosure do not moderate the effect of independent managerial and commissioner ownership on company value.
