Abstract
Dian Nurvitasari, NIM. 1422100868, Accounting Study Program Faculty of Economics, University of Widya Dharma Klaten, Thesis Title: "Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity to Company Value with Dividend Policy as Moderate Variable at Manufacturing Company Listed on BEI Year 2016". The purpose of this research is to examine (1) the influence of current ratio to firm value, (2) the influence of debt to equity ratio to firm value, (3) the influence return on equity to firm value (4) influence dividend policy in moderate current ratio influence to value, (5) the influence of the dividend policy in moderating the effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value, (6) the effect of dividend policy in moderating the effect of return on equity on firm value. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. The sample in this study was taken by using purposive sampling obtained sample of 45 companies. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression analysis and test of absolute difference value. The results of this study show that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not affect the firm's value, but the return on equity influences the company's value, while the dividend policy is not able to moderate the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity to firm value.
